155 LBS is my goal weight...almost there.

I am 7.6 lbs from my goal of 155 lbs. I am so amazed at how much I have changed. I thank God for giving me strength along my journey. God knows it has not been easy. I will be a year post op November 19, 2011. I see Dr. Gibbs on November 17 for my one year post op check. He was amazed and pleased with me at my 6 mos post op visit the last time he saw me. I can only imagine what he will say when he sees me next month. Thanks all who have offered help and advice to me on here. This site is a wealth of knowledge...I gained so much support and knowledge from this site. Thank God for OH.
