Surgeon Testimonial

John Morton, M.D.
I think he is confident and skilled and very hard working from the experience I had with him. I never really got to spend much time talking to him however he is very very busy. I saw his fellows more than I actually saw him.
Snappy dresser. He sure likes his clothes. I would say he is very competent as a surgeon....didnt spend enough time with him to be able to comment on his bedside manner. Not warm and fuzzy but not a grouch either.

The office staff was great. Monica and Meg were on the dime and helped me with everything I needed. I was grateful they were there for me. He is lucky to have them on his side.

Popeye Meaty Muffins
I was fiddling in the kitchen and was thinking about those mac muffin thingies i read about on here and well i decided to mess with that recipe and create my own.....Linda J if u could get the nutritional facts for me because u are so danged good at it i would appreciate it!!!

Bacon ( I used turkey) bacon bits would be fine too 1/2 cup
6 turkey sausages ( u can use pork if u like)
2 tablespoons of chopped green onion
1 tablespoon of dehydrated onion ( fresh would work fine too im lazy)
1c chopped baby spinach
1/2 c cottage cheese
1/2 c flax meal
1/2 c of italian cheese mix ( provelone feta & parmasean)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
7 eggs

preheat oven to 350

I cooked bacon and sausage and cut into very small peices pat off excess fat with paper towel
scramble the eggs in a big bowl
mix the baking powder with the flax meal in same cup
chop the veggies
mix all together in egg bowl
mix in cottage cheese and reg cheese

Bake for 25 mins on 350 makes 8 big fluffy delish muffins....I ate a whole one and it was a perfect meal......delishhhhhhhhhhh

Sounds very good,.. But unfortunatly..
My system can not handle eggs or most meats..
I have however,.. become a huge fan of spinach !
