    Just passing through hoping that all went successful. You will be fine just follow your physicians advise. Take it slow and one day at a time. After the third month you will feel a bit more like yourself and really notice a difference and will be ready to shop!!!

well it been 17 months since my surgery, wow time goes by so fast. ok my number today i weigh 170lbs. yes i know its a gain but i say its a good gain. all weight gain is'nt bad. i been wanting to shape up my body but been so scared of how much i would weigh, well not anymore, i gained 5lbs but its good muscle mass. i can say for the first time since this journey i feel like a smaller person.nothting has really changed about my life just the weight, i can say this jounery has been the best time of my life. yes its hard work. and pain disapointment,but its also happy times that make it all worth it. well talk to you next month. i hope i have good news to report. but if i dont i will still be a happier person.
