for the last 5month i fell off track, i gained 30lbs from bad food choices
and pour exercise.
i knew the weight was coming i just didn't think 30lbs worth, i decided to food log again. i fell off that too. i just didn't want to know how many calories i was taking in. let just call it going in blind. i would tell myself this is the week i going to get it together,but it never happen. it is so hard to get back on track.but it has taken me this long to find my way back. its better late then never coming at all.
. leaving my body with a net of 1000calories.
