Just passing through hoping that all went successful. You will be fine just follow your physicians advise. Take it slow and one day at a time. After the third month you will feel a bit more like yourself and really notice a difference and will be ready to shop!!!

my weight loss story!
this journey is a ever lasting diet

24 months post op.
posted on 4/19/11 10:10 am
hello all my friends! its been a along time since i post. i am sorry. thanks to my friend off here ms kerbi! i decided to post. for the last 5month i fell off track, i gained 30lbs from bad food choices and pour exercise. i knew the weight was coming i just didn't think 30lbs worth, i decided to food log again. i fell off that too. i just didn't want to know how many calories i was taking in. let just call it going in blind. i would tell myself this is the week i going to get it together, but it never happen. it is so hard to get back on track.but it has taken me this long to find my way back. its better late then never coming at all.
well i found my life plan. i would call it a diet but this is something i can stick to.
its called net 1000 calories. if i eat 1600 calories i must burn 600. leaving my body with a net of 1000calories.
and if i don't workout at all i only eat 1000calories.
now i found out eating to many carb can stall or even make you gain weight so i am starting off with a net of 30 carbs.
and the good thing about lowering your carb i can lose fast water weight,

well let me talk about how you can eat. i don't know about everyone, i say everyone's pouch is different. i can say i can eat as must as i did before. if just not the same full feeling like before, i can drink 4oz at once so its easy to get in your fluids. but there are times when i can eat a whole lot of food 8-12oz and there are times when i can eat 4-7oz just depending of the food i choose.

well after 2years you are going to have all your calories if you had gastric bypass. and the hard work is still going to be there, if you decide to slack off well the pounds will come back, it is really true calories in calories out, its all about balancing them.
well i know i am 30lbs setback but i know with hard work and healthy eating they will come off again. well hope everyone is doing well. and if anyone want to join me add me to face book and we can do it together,
happy Easter everyone!
