. Well nothing has really change this month but I tell you its was a hard stressful month. I hadn’t lost in 3 week and I been working out 5days a week, I had notice I have to change my exercise routine every 2weeks well things are great now just 35 more lbs to onederland
I am on my way well take care. Remember the key is to never give up because if you do its all over.
