    Just passing through hoping that all went successful. You will be fine just follow your physicians advise. Take it slow and one day at a time. After the third month you will feel a bit more like yourself and really notice a difference and will be ready to shop!!!

today is my 3 months post op date and i lost 38lbs. it was a hard month emotional month. i was at a stall for 3.5 week and my weight didn't move and then finally when the month was over it did.so i have lost 9lbs this month but it wasn't like 3lbs a week. i love this tool but it seem like this tool gave up on me and i was on my own. but i am happy to say i am where i should be. 78 pre op 38 post op, i thought i would have lost more after having this surgery but i am happy with my progress. i would say something different last week. well i have my 3 month post op appointment on may 19 ill post and hope thing are good. well take care everyone.
