Hello everyone it is now 6 months since I have had my surgery and I just wanted to post an update for everyone. To date I have lost 110lbs and and I look and feel great. Haveing this surgery was the best thing that I could have ever done in my life. I look like a new man and I love all of the attention that I am getting from everyone. I am sooooooo happy that I did not have any complications with my surgery. Of course I still I have some bad days where I may dump or may throw up but that is normal. I have so much energy now and my socail life is really off the chain. Just call me a stallion :). But anyway if anyone has any questions please feel free to e-mail me.

Hellooooooooo everyone, it has been awhile since I have left a post but that is because i have been enjoying my new body. I had my surgery on Oct. 4th and it was the best thing that I have ever done. As of this date I have lost 80lbs. Yeap 80lbs in 3 months that is great. Well I do wish that I would have hit the 100lb mark by now but I know that it is not far away. On my 1 month visit I had lost around 40+lbs. I have had no problems at all and I have gone down 3 shirt sizes and 5 pant sizes. I wish that I would have done this sooner. By my birthday of Aug 30 I hope to be at my ideal weight which will be 200lbs. I am sure that I can do it. I hate to exercise but I know that it is something that needs to be done in order tone up this loose skin. However my skin is really not saging too bad. I just love Dr. Duncan and his staff.

Well everyone it has now been 4 weeks for me and guess what??? I have lost 44lbs. I can not beleive it. I am doing super. I have not had any complications at all. I am trying new foods everyday and they are all stay down, pretty much. LOL. I have lots of energy and I just can't wait to lose more. This surgery has been the best thing for me.

Hello eveyone I had my 2 week check up this past friday the 18th and guess what??? I have lost 31 lbs. I can not beleive it. The weight is comeing off and I have lots of energy and I have not been sick or had any pain at all. This surgery has truly been a blessing for me.
