WELL I'M A LITTLE PAST MY 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY. I'VE BEEN VERY BUSY. I'M DOWN TO 250 , I HAD HOPED IT WOULD IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE, BUT I WAS NOT AS GOOD AS I SHOULD HAVE BEEN. I DID NOT USE MY TOOL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT LIKE I SHOULD HAVE. SO MY ADVICE TO OTHERS IS TO USE YOUR TOOL TO THE FULLEST, CAUSE NOW I AM GOING TO HAVE TO STRUGGLE TO GET THE OTHER 100 LBS OFF.SO I AM A BIT BUMMED, BUT THEN I HAVE TO THINK I AM SO MUCH MORE HEALTHY NOW I CAN DO THINGS WITH MY FAMILY ONCE AGAIN. SO TRY TO LOOK AT THE POSITIVES AND I DID LOOSE A HUGE AMOUNT OF WEIGHT.SO GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE ELES AND HERES TO ANOTHER GOOD YEAR.
well i finally found enough guts to post some pics including a before pic that i hate, but it was my reality. i am so shocked that i ever looked like that i was huge. i'm so thankful for the surgery, it has given me my life back. i can do things with my family again. my weight loss has come to stand still because i have slacked on my exercising and i still have another 100lbs to go which if i don't get my ass in gear is never going to come off.
well i am now alittle over 3 mo. out and went to my check up. my MD. just made me feel horrible. he says i have not lost enough at 60 lbs. he expected more. i left there feeling like such a failure. but then my husband being so supportive asks me if i was happy with how much i had lost, and i am so he says who cares what the MD. says, you have to make yourself happy. which is right. so then we went shopping for makeup and i was much happier. the other thing he said is that i should only be eating 3 times a day. no snacks in between. i was eating snacks for some extRA protein since i wasn't really drinking protein drinks. and if i do drink any protein drinks i am to use it as a meal replacement . my MD. always seems to make feel bad, i'm glad i don't ever have to see him again, he is leaving mayo in phoenix to got o mayo in rodchester. well till later.
WELL I AM 1 MONTH OUT NOW AND HAVE LOST ABOUT 40 LBS. I AM SO EXCITED MY CLOTHES ARE GETTING WAY TO BIG. I CAN'T WAIT TO GO SHOPPING FOR SOME CHEAP INBETWEEN CLOTHES. I THINK I MAY BE DEHYDRATED THOUGH, I FING IT SO HARD TO GET ALL THE WATER IN., ALONG WITH THE PROTIEN. I AM DOING WELL WITH MOST FOOD, I HAVE ONLY VOMITED 2 TIMES BECAUSE I ATE TOOO FAST.YUCK! SO I LEARNED MY LESSON, EAT VERY SLOW AND CHEW-CHEW-CHEW. ANY WAYS UPDATE MORE LATER BYE
