Surgeon Testimonial

Christina Richards, M.D.,F.A.C.S.
I absolutely LOVE her. I liked her in the beginning of this whole process and now I think she is awesome. Her surgical competence and bedside manner were great. She addressed every concern I had and even answered the concerns my mother had. I would recommend her highly to anyone who wants this surgery.

I'm a 39, married women with 4 kids. My oldest is 19, my youngest is 8. I have been queen of the yo-yo weight club, forever. Thought I was fat ever since I could remember. But really gained when I was pregnant with my oldest son, gained 95 lbs. I didn't really lose any of that until almost 10 years later when I got down to 145lbs. To reward myself for looking and feeling so healthy I promptly got pregnant with my youngest son. Gained all of it back plus a few more. Haven't been able to take it off, tried just about everything. Except of course surgery, which I am excited to say I will be having on September 18th of this year.

I haven't posted at all since my surgery. So far I have lost 45 pounds. I am excited about it and the new energy I am feeling.  I am really glad that I had the surgery and my surgeon is the BEST!!!!  Absolutely love her.
Although it took me a long time to heal (in my opinion), I have no regrets. Well every once in awhile I crave something bad for me and I regret the surgery for a half a second then I come to my senses and realize how much happier and healthier I am becoming.
Thats all for now, until next time.............
