Just a quick note
April 16, 2007 -151 Okay I haven't a clue what a blog is. But I see people updating here and I know i have been sad in this area so I will make more of an effort to do so. As of the 14th I am 22 months out. I had put on weight (8lbs) and was really panicing over this. But i said i have a tool and i know how to work it. so i got myself in gear and lost 7lbs in 5 days. The tool works if you work it. I spent this past weekend at my first OH convention. I mostly just hung with OHers. I really thought there would be more vendors. Didn't make it to any classes but did have a consult with doctor Katzen. He found a small hernia. Mostly it was just a blast hanging with everyone and the icing on the cake was i lost the last lb i had gained. Wow was I shocked. I have gained on every over night occasion there has been. and the journey continues. God Bless. 0 Comment(s)
