The insurance called today, explained they had my information and it now goes to a medical consultant for approval, they said I should have an answer in one week! cant wait to hear from them, its going to be a long week.

Ok Now Im Confused

Got a call from my surgeons office and they said they had spoke to the ins office and I dont need precertification for this surgery.....ok so ive just wasted 6 months on this diet and excise program!!! she said she needed to talk to someone else to see if she can get this straightened out..... oh well may be things will move faster.

6 month supervised diet & exercise program is complete and info has been submitted to ins for approval, YEAH!!!!! now I wait office said it was submitted but it didnt get to the ins company!
