7 weeks
on October 10, 2011 9:37 am
Its 7 weeks, wow what a ride!  I'm down 3 lbs today and 31 lbs since surgery! I feel good, no complaints. I had my first visit with Curves this morning. sounds like something I'm going to enjoy, I'm ready to start exercising more, I have a zumba video here at home and boy is that a workout I haven't made it all the way through the video yet but I keep trying, at least I'm moving,.. right?........and I'm glad there is no one here watching me do this, love this morning for breakfast I had an egg and a half piece of turkey bacon, for lunch Ill probably have 3 oz of tuna with a little lite mayo, and one sm sq of lite Colby cheese. I have not been eating snacks between  meals for a few days. I still average one protein shake a day I use Designer Whey its not as sweet as some of the other ones, I cant tolerate sweets very well I tried diet Coke yesterday and I don't like it either.....that's a good thing I use to be a diet Cokeaholic before surgery, I guess it was an acquired taste. and I don't want to acquire it again. lol,  I drink Sobe life water diet but I water it down its too sweet for me and I drink very lightly sweet tea. V8 for carbs, and of course water. I do get hungry now but its different from the hungry I felt before surgery..... not that Starving feeling. and I always try fluids first, the same signal that tells your body your hungry also tells your body your thirsty, so you may not be hungry at all, just thirsty. all in all I'm pleased with my progress, people are starting to notice now that I have clothes that fit and show off my tiny waist, and that feels good Ill post new pics soon when I find out how to lol. thanks for all the encouragement, and advise. I LOVE MY SLEEVE & OH!!!!!!!!

Im doing OK and pleased with my progress so far, I still cant believe its only been 6 weeks seems alot longer.
