On August 11, 2010, I had lap band surgery and I am new to this forum. My surgery was very easy and I have hardly experienced any hunger at all. I am only in Phase 2 of the diet(in full liquids) and am getting a bit bored with the variety, but I am doing well overall. I lost 14 lbs in the first 6 days and was really encouraged, but I have gained 2 back since I started Phase 2. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips that you would like to share?
