I had RNY in 2007.  Lost 120-ish pounds.  While I didn't make it to "goal", I did go from a Size 28 to a Size 12.  I was happy with that.  I didn't exercise, 'cuz I hate it, and I had to switch to a psychoactive medication with a strong weight gain profile.  Long story short--I regained 1/2 of my weight back.  I'm miserable, but I've finally got my mojo back and am on Weight Watchers.  No use beating myself up, it is what it is.
