Thank God it is my Friday!   I am still at work and can't wait to leave.  Got a couple of big things to do before I go.

I went out with friends from work last night and had a great time.  Even spent the night at a ladies house.  I have a hangover  - I drank 2 Long Island Iced Teas and they kicked my butt.............but I still had fun and would do it again.............not proud of the fact that I didn't eat for 5 hours before hand.................I was saving room for the drinks.  Is that bad?  Probably is.  Not like I do it every day though.

One thing I have started to do is to add a little meat into my diet.  Have to be easy on the stomach though because I haven't had flesh for YEARS.  My iron level has been really low and I am anemic.  It actually hasn't been too hard on me as I feel like I have to do it for my health at this point.

Today's Intake:

B:  1/2 sausage biscuit
L:  1/2 tuna pack, 1/2 sausage biscuit
S:   Few pretzel sticks - 5 maybe
D:  Chile Relleno, few bites beans and rice, chips and salsa
S:   Sugar Snap Peas w/ french onion dip, 1 slice apple, 1/2 plum, few pretzels

I am at work - doing a 16 hour day today - on Thanksgiving - but hey, someone has to be here!

Didn't get to blog yesterday.  I am finding that I am staying busier and spending less time on the computer.  That is really a good thing though!  I have been spending more time talking on the phone to family and friends...........unless I am working.  This has been a busy week for me and I don't get a day off until Sunday.  Come on Sunday!

Today's Intake:

B:  egg and cheese off of a biscuit from McDonalds
S:  2 cheese cubes, 3 crackers, 1/2 pumkin cake doughnut w/cream cheese frosting - Yes, I was asking for misery with that one!  lol
L:  few bites of stuffing, 3 bites mac-n-cheese, 1 celery stick
S:  Pack of Tuna
D:  Lean Cuisine Salmon Mediteranean meal
S:   Few Terra Chips and a Hershey's Dark Chocolate Stick

Not going to beat myself up anymore about now exercising.  Going to be lazy until Jan 1st!  That can be my New Year's Resolution!

Today is my 9 month anniversary.  I have lost a total of 102.2 lbs and a lot of inches!
Very happy where I am!

Measurements:

Weight - 147.8

Today's Intake:

B:  Protein Bar
L:   Lean Cuisine Tilapia, few bites of the rice/cheese/veggie side
S:  1 60 cal. Hershey's Dark Choc. stick
S:   few bites of Terra chips
D:  3 oz. Broiled Mahi Mahi, 3 bites fresh steamed brocolli, few bites mashed potatoes, 1/4 slice rye toast
S:  1 slice fresh tomatoe, 3 cucmber slices

Not even going to mention the "E" word!

B:  1/4 of a Garden Vegetable Omelet fr. Bob Evan's, 2 potatoe cubes
S:   3 Terra Chips
L:   1 Chile Relleno, few bites of a cheese enchilada, chips w/ guacamole - pico de gallo- salsa
D:   5 grilled shrimp, bite of oriental rice, bite of toast, 4 fresh sugar snap peas, 2 cherry tomatoes
S:  homemade sugar cookie

EXERCISE:   Shopping with my mom and putting up 2 Christmas trees!

Glad the work week is nearing it's end.  There is no school today due to snow.  It actually looks quite beautiful outside.   I am up early like an excited little school kid.

I have had a personally stressful week and am working hard at staying positive.  Sometimes things seem overwhelming.

Going to go for a walk in the snow in a few minutes.  Have already planned my meals for today.

B:  1/2 c. oatmeal w/ raisins and p-nut butter
S:   protein bar
L:   soy turkey and cheese wrap on LC/HP tortilla
S:  banana
D:  6 grilled shrimp, 1/4 c. angel hair pasta w/ marinara sauce

Audit at work is over and we did GOOD.  Glad everyone is done stressing.  Having a little celebration after work tomorrow.  I am not leaving work until 7ish so I don't plan on staying long as I also have to work on Sat.

Found out my mom is coming to visit Sat. night and I am looking forward to seeing her.  So, needless to say, I have spent all evening cleaning house!  I can't let my mom see a messy home  :)

Today's Intake:

B:  soy turkey and cheese wrap on a LC/HP tortilla
S:  Handful of Sun Chips
L:  4 crackers w/cheese ball, 1 slice greazy leftover pizza and a cookie (felt HORRIBLE - sweating, nausea, and weak)
D:  2 eggs, 2 slices cheese, 1/2 slice toast
S:  Protein Bar

Had another busy day at work but the day went by quickly.  Did a little grocery shopping this evening.......and got flirted with in the check out line!  How funny is that.  Not interested in meeting anyone, but I have been trying to pay more attention to see how men look at me - to see if there really is a difference now that I have lost weight.  And yes, there really is a difference.  That is kind of sad because I feel like I am the same person on the inside.  But at the same time, it also makes me feel good.

Today's Intake:
B:  few Sun Chips, 1 homemade cookie
S:  Tuna
L:   2 slice cheese pizza (minus most of the crust), 1 more cookie
S:   handful of almonds
D:  soy corn dog w/ mustard
S:   EAS chocolate protein drink

Not even going say anything about exercise.

I have been MIA for a few days.  Had a GREAT weekend and didn't want it to end.  Enjoyed last night with Holli, Katrina, and Lisa - and Holli's mom at Ponderosa.  Nice to get out and meet new people.

Worked today and the audit went well.  Still busy and not sure what the game plan is for tomorrow.

Feel like I have overeaten today - dumped on 3 mini-doughnuts - I know!  I shouldn't be trying to eat those anyway!

Cleaned out my closet again this evening.  Helped my ex pack up some of his things.  Still waiting for his transfer to go through.  If he doesn't hear anything in about 2 weeks, he said he would start looking for a place to live.  That is actually a relief because I think we both need that closure.

Today's Intake:
B:  Protein Bar
S:  Banana
L:  few bites of a baked sweet potatoe, 1/4 c. greens, soy corn dog
S:  3 mini-doughnuts (DUMPED!)
D:  1/4 c. almonds, bite of corn, 1/4 c. navy beans
D2:  slice rye toast, soy turkey, slice of cheese and mustard  ( I feel STUFFED now)

Still not doing exercises and I have lost my motivation.  Got to get it back and not sure how.

Really tired tonight.  Ate out tonight then went tanning.  Not a very eventful day.

Today's Intake:

B:  1/2 egg, 1/2 slice toast
L:  topping of a mushroon Lean Cuisin pizza and may 1/4 of the crust
S:  WW black cherry yogurt
D:  1/2 cheese enchilada, 1/2 bean burrito, and a few chips w/ salsa
S:  I am stuffed and not going to have one!

Exercise:  Still not happening...........why can I not get motivated????
