I am still doing well by getting in my protein and water each day.  Exercise is my weak area.
Hopefully my blood sugar will stabliize and I can get some energy back.  Although I am not sure that will help my motivation!  LOL

I had gotten down to 133 but have gotten back to 141 as of this morning.  I am trying to not go below 140.    I don't look pretty any smaller than that.

Going to dye my hair tonight - a Medium Gold Chesnut Brown..........I am thinking positive and have assured myself that it is going to look good on me!

Am almost settled into the new place  :)   It is a very relaxing location and just what I needed.

Life is busy but things are going good.
Still getting settled in at the new house.  
Had lost 6 lbs. last week during the move but have gained it back.  I think the moving really kicked my butt.

Ordered uniforms for my Crisis Support Team and I am a size Small in everything!  That is amazing.  Last time I ordered special uniforms, I was a size XXL!

Where has the time went?   To say my life has been busy and hectic would be a huge understatment.
I have moved!!!   :)
Actually still have some things to move this evening but we spent the first night at our new place last night.  Might have gotten 4 hrs. of sleep!  Still have lots of cleaning and unpacking to do.

Trying to get some work done but had to check in and do some catch up reading on the OH KY board.  I have missed it terribly.
I am scheduled to have internet and phone hooked up on the 14th.............and tv on the 18th.  Those were the earliest dates availalbe.  Needless to say I will be out of touch for a bit longer.
