I now 8 days out from my lower body lift that included some unexpected lower ab muscle tightening and some butt Kardashianizing!

My biggest fear going into surgery was pain and how it would affect my ability to get back to work as an orthodonti

I am having LBL surgery in a week with out muscle tightening (probably). So my question is how long were you out of work for LBL and how did that compare to how long you were out of work for your RNY or sleeve surgery?

Last Weekend I completed my first Olympic Tri (3:02 time). I conquered the beast in the Pocanos! It was so hilly I was suprised the lake swim wasn't uphill 

It has been a year sincde I had RNY surgery. With the help of this board and hard work I have come a long way. I had not posted photos in the past but having been motivated and inspired and most importantly reassured prior to my surgery by other people
