I went to see the Psychiatrist on Tuesday. And, YAY! I got a good report! My meds are working and I feel great! She wants to see me on October 28 to make sure that my meds are still working as good as they were on this visit! But, she thinks that I am going to be fine to have the surgery! She just didn't want to approve me before she KNOWS my meds are working b/c I will have hurdles to jump after surgery and need to be at my best! After talking to my surgery coordinator, I will be having my surgery sometime in November to December range! So, YAY! Things are progressing!
And my Psychiatrist that is helping with my eating disorder was very pleased with all of my changes in my diet. Well, the effort that I was putting into it! I was focusing on low carbs, but he thought I should focus more on low calories. So, I have been allowing myself some bread and crackers again, YUM!
