4 Weeks Post Op already!

I can't believe how quickly the time has flown by!  It seems as if it was just yesterday that I was waiting to have the VSG done.  Now, I am sitting here sleeved and down 30 lbs!!!!  YAY!!!!  Boy of boy is this working!  It hasn't been too hard.  I think the hardest part is making sure I drink enough fluids.....some days I just don't think about it!  Typically I get my needed amount.  I have yet to find any foods that I can't eat. 

I start my new phase of food tomorrow.  I hope that I am successful with all the new foods!  I really can't wait to to eat some fish and sea food!  Two of my favorite foods, so I hope I am able to eat them with no problems. 

30lbs down.....and a LOT more to go!  But I have no doubts that my sleeve is going to get me there!
