He was handsome.rnHe is still handsome but and very caring and sensitive surgeon who listens to you. He has great bed side manner. rnHis staff is awesome. I love that there are not a 100 people working for him. I love that almost each visit you get to see everyone.rnHe is an excellent surgeon. He did everything he said he would and I have 100% faith in him.rnAftercare is a must for him. If he hasn't seen you he will get on the phone and call you himself till you come in. rnYes very structured. on August 5, 2008 6:42 pm
Nothing to exciting happened in the past week. Except I LOST 8.8 LBS!!! Oh how excited am I? I have lost total since I saw my surgeon on June 13th 20.8 LBS and 17.8 LBS has been in the last 18 days! YAY!!!!!!!! So I am however a little under the weather today due to what I think may be a stomach bug and I only think that because my brother and mother feel the same way. We will see if not better in 2 days I will contact my doctor. Well thanks for reading and all the warm thoughts and wishes that have been sent my way!

My Story

Hello my name is Bridgette and I am 24 and a sahm of 3 beautiful children and the wife of a very loving giving man! I started my journey in July of 2007 and finished a 3 month non-surgical weight loss program for insurance when I found out I was pregnant with my 3rd child. So I went on about my life and had a healthy almost perfect pregnancy I only gained 15 lbs with my daughter and I was thrilled. She was healthy and happy. So I waited to almost 6 weeks post pardon to contact my surgeons office so we could pick up where we left off and hopefully submit to insurance soon! Well after calling the surgeons office and getting all of my labs,x-rays, EKG and echo redone I got to meet with my surgeon again and was asked to go have a calcium score done and I now needed to have my EGD redone...yay! (blah) Well so I get my calcium score done but in the mean time we have submitted to insurance 6/13/08 and 6/25/08 I am APPROVED! YAY finally the day has come to where I no longer need to sweat the insurance company I have jumped through all there damn hoops and made it to the other side in one piece! Well now I am scheduled for surgery in July 29th 2008. I am so excited and terrified at the same time. I can not to be on the "loosing" side of things and I have waited to so long to get here. BUT I am terrified about going under the knife with 3 small kids at home. I know the lord is on my side here and I have a whole lot of people keeping me in there prayers and I am thankful for that. I am so excited and I just can't hide it! I love you all and thank you for all of your support. My family has been wonderful. My friends have been awesome! I just hope I don't disappoint myself or any of them. Well this is my story and I am sticking to it!
