HELP!

HELLO.THIS IS MY FIRST TIME ON HERE AND I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT IM DOING LOL.I HAVE CARESOURCE INSURANCE IN OHIO AND I WAS DENIED THE FIRST TIME I SUBMITTED ALL MY INFO.I HAD EVERYTHING THEY REQUESTED BUT THEY WANTED A PULMONARY CLEARANCE FIRST IS THAT NORMAL? AND DOES THAT HAPPEN TO OTHER PEOPLE?ALSO AFTER THAT IS ALL DONE DO THEY THEN APPROVE IT?IM WANTING TO GET THE SLEEVE DONE.PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANYONE ELSE IS ALSO GOING THROUGH THIS SAME THING OR HAD GONE THROUGH IT ....THANKS FOR THE HELP!
