finally going home

I am finally getting the chance to go home to the states. I can't wait to see everyone. This will be my first trip home sense my surgery and I'm a little nervous. I haven't seen some of my friends and family in over 2 years. Wish me luck.

Well it has been 1 month today sense surgery. I have lots of energy. Walking daily, going to the gym daily, and just plain enjoying life again. I'm not saying it hasn't been hard to adjust to a different lifestyle but so far I can say it has been worth it. I can wear clothing that I haven't warn in years. Most of all I have lost 26 pounds. I have also decided to take control of other aspects of my life...if I can take control of my health then why not try to take control of everything else too. Wish me luck it will be a long hard journey.
