4 years to the day that I had RNY in order to be able to have a child  I gave birth to the most perfect little boy.  I can't express how much joy he has brought me.  Surgery changed my life in more ways than just losing the weight.  Without question it was the best decision I have ever made.  I still need to lose another 25 lbs to get back to my goal but if that doesn't happen all I have to do is look at my son and I know that the weight isn't important. As long as I'm healthy for him everything will be GREAT!!
