Normal BMI

Today I realized for the first time in 20 years my BMI is normal, not obese or morbidly obese but normal.  I am 10 months post surgery and I have lost 111 pounds, had no issues or concerns and I am living again. 

Thank you Doctor Alvarez for your wonderful care and compassion and helping me through this journey.

Two Months Post VSG OP

I have lost 48 pounds and already had to reduce my BP meds.....thank you DR Alvarez for giving me the tool for a healthier life stye.
