6 Month Check Up

Visited the surgeon today for 6 month check up.  Weighed in at 391.  Had major blood work last week where they tested for all vitamins, surgar AC1, cholesterol and so on.  Got a clean bill of health from the doc.  Wants to see me again in 3 months.  HW 561 SW 511 CW 391  Keeping after it!!
