Unbelievable! 9/18/14

My last post stated this big stall I was in.  It lasted approximately 8-9 weeks.  From the last post I have dropped 13 pounds.  I have done nothing different, calorie, protein and water intake the same.  My body just decided to give it up.  Sure like to know what mechanizium causes this!  Current weight no 348.
