Yep yep, ya gurl here has done the damn thang!!! I am down now 103 pounds baby, baby!!! Whoo hoo!! That is such an amazing feeling. Just saying one hundred anything is like so foreign and I have actually done it now and hey all I can say is Thank you Jesus!! For without Him this wouldn't be possible. All blessings fall on me from above, ya dig?
I feel so much better. I know it's so freakin' cliche' to say that but it's the truth. I can hardly believe it when I look at pictures of myself before surgery. I looked like a stuffed and swollen panda bear. Now my face looks normal not like it's going to pop on any given moment.
So I'm gearing up for surgery on Tuesday, big thangs, big thangs. I'm nervous, I so ain't gonna lie. My surgeons are not promising me anything, they have to be honest and hell they are candid to a fault. So I have been praying and praying and praying some more. This coming Sunday I'm having some folks over to come and pray/eat and greet/play some cards, games and the such so that I can be surrounded by my loved ones because I'm gonna be pretty much laid up for the holidays. It's estimated that I'll be in the hospital for at least 5 days maybe even 7 who knows and really I don't care just as long as I'm alive and on the road to healing it's all gravy how long they want to keep me.
So this will probably be my last post of 2007 maybe not maybe I'll get in another post just before surgery and depending on my recovery (God willing) I'll post after I get home and recouperated.
