I have had alot go on sinse my surgery. Last October, 18 months after my surgery, I had a bowel obstruction cause by twisting of the small intestine around the scar tissue from my bypass. It is an extramly rare compleication but my wonderful surgeon caught this rare event and saved my life. It has been a hard thing to overcome but working hard down that road.
