I called Tricare just a few minutes ago.. I am approved!! The denial for the last three requests has been overturned!! I am approved!!! Yea!! Not sure what my date will be..the surgeons office is closed for lunch... but I should have it soon!!! Yee haa

Do or did anyone here have an ulcer prior to revision? I have one and it has really been acting up lately. I am wondering it it will make a difference in approval for or having a revision.

So a few weeks ago I got a denial letter for a revision from RNY to distal RNY. 
Since then I have upped my workouts to the point the remainding knee I have that is not a robot is headed the way of one... I have tried to live off of protien drinks

For those who have had a distal revision, did it help? How different is lfe than after the RNY? Most importantly, how much, how fast did you lose? Was it like post RNY? Harder, longer? do you have the same dietary ability to eat a the RNY?
