Yesterday and today I gained 2 pounds, it is my TOM so I hope thats all it is. Its is very discouraging since I'm not eating that much. I'm still on pureed so Ive been sticking mostly to cottage cheese and yogurt. At least they taste good. I did have some tilapia the other night. it was so good.

I am one week and a day out of surgery, all these new rules are confusing. I have asked questions to the forum and am waiting for some suggestions. Today is my one week visit to the doctors. I will ask the nutritionist there for some ideas. I hope this surgery works because the lapband didnt so well for me. Although I lost more weight with it to start off with. It did teach me not to eat bread and I hope I still cant.
