    Just a quick update - Candie is doing great!!! She is seeing her doctor on the 8th and should be back at work on the 12th!!! WOW!! That is amazing....She is one tough cookie!!! We can't wait to see you, Candie!!!

12-18-07 = 145 (-2.5) lost those pounds again and back to weight sustained for a while. Today was my 1 yr MD appt. even though my one yr is not til next month.
12-28-07 = 145 (-0) (11 mo post-op)
01-04-08 = 147 (+2)
01-11-08 = 148.5 (+1.5) Wooo... Gained 3.5 lbs over the holidays : (
01-18-08 = 151.5 (+3) : ( Got to stop this "+" weight gains : (
  I have gained a total of 6.5 lbs in the last 3 weeks
01-24-08 = 157 (+5.5) Today is my 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY RNY POST-OP yahooooooooo......... but serious need to concentrate on lossing wt  not going it : )
02-24-08 = 163 (+6) 1 year and 1 month post-op open RNY. Have been eating the wrong foods & no exercise
03-24-08 = 153 (-10) 1 year and 2 months post-op open RNY. Much better! What Good Eating & Exercise does
04-24-08 = 152 (-1) 1 year and 3 months post-op open RNY.
05-27-08 = 155 (+3) 1 year and 4 months post-op 
06-24-08 = 156 (+1) 1 year and 5 months post-op
06-30-08 = 150 (-6)
07-04-08 = 147 (-3)
