It Happened Again!! Once again someone has commented on my weight loss and said I was losing my behind. Again, I ask, how is this possible?! I didn't have any to begin with. Does this mean I am going to end up concave?! Will I need collagen in the buttocks? Or go the cheaper route and buy padding? Maybe it will stop in this particular area soon.
As an ode to those with more back in the derriere than I, here are the titles of a few songs. Songs that definitely do not refer to me:

2. Baby Got Back by Sir Mix A Lot
3. Rump Shaker by Wrecks-N-Effect
4. There's Too Much Booty In the Pants (unsure of artist)
5. My Humps by Black Eyed Peas
Another one of those things about weight loss is that the weight seems to come from the places you don't want it to. I wish it would melt from my thighs and stomache and it is NOT budging. Meanwhile, the bottom and breasts, places I wanted to keep as much as possible, the weight flies right off.

lol. I am catching up on all my friends and updating as I go.
Ok, I have 4 kids and gave me a little boody but I don't expect it to stay. All I can say is as you get smaller dress pants really look nice on you. I also advise maybe tights under jeans to give the idea. It will matter just how flat it is though. This was my trick in High School. whoo don't make me go there. The other suggestion would be target exercises may help to pump the butt and the breast. When you are laying across the bed on your tummy tighten your but muscles several times this will cause it to lift. You can do that all day it also firms it. IT WORKS! The breast thing will be more of chest fleckes if you can and uppper body weight lifting. That's all I have, just go for "SEXY SLIM".
