My Story

I have been heavy since elementry school and I have been on so many diets I can't even keep track of anymore.  I am 5.5 and at my heaviest I weighed 227 pounds I have completed all of my requirements for BCBS of MN so I am on this journey again.  I tried for Lap Band in 2006 and was denied after completing all of the requirements than I think it was the Dr. office that was not very informed of insurance and was NO help to me to get it approved.  On this journey I am not going to give up I hope with the expertise of Dr. Smith and his staff they will help me get this approved so I can start to live life healthy and be active with my kids.
