I wore a size 24/26
I weighed 320 lbs
2 years later..
I wear a size 10
I weigh 180, fluctuating down 5 lbs and back
I have extremely low b12 and practically no iron, ferritin is less than 1
I am starting an iron regimen to try to raise these levels or I will have to get iron infusions and am taking weekly b12 nasal sprays
Would I do it all over again? In a heartbeat.

After being approved for my plastic surgeries, they denied the bill saying it was "Weight loss related".. DENIED TWICE.. I sent in an official appeal letter stating all of my facts of why they should pay the claims.. and a nice threatening letter and WAH LAH!! THEY PAID IT!!!!! IM SO FREAKIN HAPPY!!!! Thank GOD For miracles! 
thats a 30k lb weight lifted off of my shoulders!! phew! 
Now I can REALLY Enjoy this new body without hesitation!!! LOL
It honestly makes me want to say "WHAT THE FK ARE YOU LOOKING AT YOU PIECE OF $HIT!!!" But I just cover my boobs and walk away.. Someone told me "it comes along with the territory" I say HELL NO IT DOESN'T! these are MY boobs and I don't want to feel like I bought them for EVERYONE ELSE to stare at, but for myself! Is it wrong to be looked in the eyes anymore?!?! At first, it was funny.. quite hilarious at times.. but NOW, I'm getting SICK of it. I feel like I should wear baggy t-shirts everyday to make them not so noticable, because if you don't notice my small waste, it doesn't show my BIG boobs. but i shouldn't have to! It's gotten so bad that I don't really feel like "going out" for nightlife right now. Seriously. And for ME! that's bad. I wouldn't take back the fact that I had my plastics done, I LOVE my new boobs and stomach, but I just wish the world had a different view on women and didn't treat them all like sluts if they look nice and aren't flaunting their crap trying to be sluts!
I asked for "full C" but Damnit bobby !!! DD!! They look very proportionate for my height though since I am 5'10. .so really anything smaller wouldn't of looked right. But all in all, I am happy with all the results and would do it again tomorrow..
