I would never have believed that I would be featured in an article in OH Magazine. I write articles for OH Magazine which in of itself is amazing. To have an article in OH Magazine and on forums throughout OH is one of the top WOW Moments ever!

Hi Cathy!
What a wonderful and inspiring article. I just forwarded it along to one of the OH members who was asking about stomaphyx in the wlsgrads board. I am also going to print it and show it to one of my clients who is currently struggling with a gradual (exactly as you said "creeping" weight gain) 30 pound three years after RNY.

I love your outlook and how you use that experience to keep you motivated. I also think it is interesting how the tipping point was not the number but recognition of the old patterns of self-deprecating.
