Antonio Coirin, M.D.
I haven't Personally met Dr. Coirin although, he was the one giving the seminar that I had the pleasure of attending. I also didn't get to meet him during my consultation but, I met his P.A. Daryl. He was very nice. The staff was pretty helpful especially, Sandy and Christie. Dr. Coirin seemed to be a very smart, calm, gentle-like man. To tell you the truth, it doesn't matter which doctor (Coates or Coirin)I choose as my surgeon, they're both very good at what they do. And, they take all the precautions to make sure that their patients have a good quality of life. I personally know some of their patients and their lives have been transformed for the better. I don't really have anything negative to say about their practice yet, (lol) except, I wish their time frames on certain things could be more solid. But then, I'm asking for perfection and we all know there is no such thing.rnrnTootles everyone!rnrn

Marathon Mania!!!!!!!

size 10 right now!

Well, I did it!!!!!!!!!!!!  I ran, jogged,walk in the US Half Marathon-Golden Gate Run in San Francisco!!!  Now my is over.  I am so proud of myself right now, but really tired I can't really give any real details, just that I need to get my fat ass to the gym on a regular basis again! I pulled off the run, jog, fast paced walk thingy, but as much as I have accomplished so far and almost being 2 years out, I should have been able to at least jog the whole race  Anyway, I'm still really happy I accomplished this goal.  This Marathon was a HUGE deal!!!  That alone makes me feel on top of the world. I can't wait for the next one  which is in Dec in L.A. 

I think I want to travel all over and run with  people from all walks of life.  There is a Marathon in Arizona, Irvine, San Diego, and these are all beginning in Jan 08-June 08.  I will give more details as these approach on whether I will be participating.  I'm already signed up for the Dec in L.A. Marathon & The Lollipop Family Fun Run in San Francisco in Dec also.

Future plans are to win a Marathon Medal for every year I was overweight
