Jeffrey Allen, M.D.
My first impression of the Norton Bariatric Center was that it was a nice place to be. Everybody was very friendly and extremely helpful. It was a great experience. I have really enjoyed dealing with the entire staff. I have not met Dr. Jeffrey Allen face to face yet. MY first face to face is in July. I have however, spoken with him and e-mailed him several times, which he promptly responded to. I htink he is one of if not the best for the lap surgery. I am looking forward to meeting him and putting the rest of my life in his hands with gods will of course!

I met Dr, Jeffrey Allen today! I was very excited and he was very nice. He was very thorough and let you ask as many questions as you needed to feel safe and comfortable. I believe he is agreat surgeon. I meta lady in the waiting room that said he actually gave her his personal cell number when she was sick and dehydrated. He is very concerned about his patients well being and proves to be the kind man I researched for 2 years!

Describe your behavioral and emotional battle with weight control before learning about bariatric surgery.
I have alwasy been an emotional eater, even though I didn't realize it until my senior year. I battle mostly when tragedy has struck, although I often over eat of bordem. I think that is the hardest part about the liquid phase. No matter what, you can't eat. My fiance and I are on the verge of a break up becasue without food, I have no way of curving my emotions. It is a true daily battle!

    Thanks. Everyone has been so wonderful and supportive. When I receive messages it truly comes straight from their hearts. I look forward to talking with people and getting new messages and posts. I enjoy giving support as much as I enjoy getting it. Sometimes there are people that I feel that I can really encourage and Alot of the time there are people who really encourage me.     Thank you so much for the comments. I am just starting and want this to work. I want to reward myself for each milestone (10% of weight). I want to focus on 10% at a time. You are a true inspiration. You looked beautiful on your wedding day. I loved your spanish lessons on your site. I am dominican and so proud of my hispanic heritage. Thank you!!!

Almost a year

Wow, it has been almost a year since I have blogged here, please forgivve me for that, I just have so many other sites that I am keeping up with that I get lost in the internet sometimes. LOL  I have however, contiued to answer peoples private emails and post commetns to peoples updated photos when requested. I am still here watching and lurking, kinda like the weighloss surgery fairy. I am out her for moral supposr tif ever you need me. I have done alot since December of '07 but it is my job that kees me so busy and away. It is a killer sometimes. LOL

Since last we spoke, I have traveled alot. I have been to  San Antonio Texas, Guadalajara Mexico, and Guanajuato Mexico. to see the new pics go to www.picturetrail.com/celgudino08. They are not all up but some of them are. I took over 1000 pics this year so there is no way I will ever get them all posted. LOL Can you say darn shame.

I have managed to keep my weight down between 202 - 208 for the last two years. I lost a hundred pounds initially and I gain and loose the same 10 lbs over and over, so I gues I have just embraced my new size 12/14 and my body is happy here.

I have just recently started walking again, so maybe, just maybe I will be able to loose the last 30 lbs to my goal by December or January, but I am not going to stress to much over that.

Shopping Trip

Hey Ladies, I am in Lexington KY shopping til I drop and loving it. They have the absolute best store here. GORDMANS. I love this place. I am happy with no childrenb for three days. I am Christmas Shopping for them and I do not have to worry about them seeing a thing. It is wonderful. I am so in the Christmas Spirit.

O.K. ladies, I went and had my fill today. I was unhappy with my 3lb weight gain, can you sy what the hell. I am so sick of this loose/Gain game. I am over it. I am super serious now! LOL O.k. I am challenging myself to loose 15 lbs in the next 6 weeks. I thik I can I think I can ....

Hanging on

Hey ladies, How have you been doing. I am doing great. I go back for another fill in December, but I am hanging on to that 195 pretty heavy. It does not want to budge an inch. LOL I am still very happy. I am still inbetween a 12-14 and I am still lovin it. I have some new pics to post as soon as ai remember to bring my camera tow ork. My computer at home got a virus. Well keep me in your rayers adn I will keep you in mind. Have a great day.

weLL LADIES AND GENTELMAN i HAVE FINALLY MADE IT TO UNDER 100LBS. i AM OFFICIALLY 195 AND i AM VERY EXCITED ABOUT IT. i HAVEN'T BEEN UNDER 200LBS SINCE BEFORE HIGH SCHOOL AND i AM VRY HAPPY. YEAH ME. IT TOOK 21/2 YEARS BUT IT IS FINALLY HERE. I STARTED AT 303 AND I AM NOW 195 SLOW BUT STEADY AND I AM THRILLED.
