So, I went for my first fill on tuesday.  The doctor tried to have the needle go through my scar.  OW!!  Plus, he missed the port with the needle and had to try again.  He said he never misses.  Must have been my lucky day.  He filled me with 8 cc which caused a blockage, but then took out 2 which is working pretty well I guess.  Today was my first day on actual solid food.  I could feel the sensation of being full and stopped eating when I needed to.  No nausea or vomiting.  Thank goodness I can eat normal food now.  All in all I think the fill process could have gone worse, but I hope the doctor can get it right next time.  Atleast I can say I've lost 20 pounds since the surgery and 40 from my highest weight prior to.  Now I just need to figure out how to upload my photos.

I'm getting my first fill tomorrow.  I'm not quite sure what to expect.  Does it hurt, will I feel nautious?  I dunno.  But, once I get this done, then no more liquid diet!!  Hurray!! 

So, I bought the Centrum chewable orange multivitamins and they taste horrible.  Then, I bought the centrum liquid vitamin and it says to take one tablespoon.  I put it in my soup, which made that tast horrible.  I don't know if I take one tablespoon for the whole day or at a time.  It was disgusting.  Any body have any recommendations for a decent vitamin for lap band patient's?  I really need my vitamins and I'm worried about not getting my daily doses.  Any help people have woul be greatly appreciated.

So I had my lapband surgery on May 12.  So far so good, but the liquid diet is brutal.  I'm a little worried about the transition from liquid to solid food.  Any body got any stories to tell me?
