time does fly by when you are on the other side i am so blessed right now so i am -50 lbs in two months i lost 160 in dead weight (soon to be ex Husband) I am working i have not worked in two years and i have the love of my life once again my children are all in school even my little baby I am thankful for the little things i am excited for me who has been hiding to come out yes it is hard but she has always been ther and she is coming out.
so as far as exercise i walk it out !!!! I will tone soon I drink all the water i love water my eating is a little low i am scared to dump it has happened and God knows i am not wit it i take all my meds and sleep well @ night i think thats all for now untill next time God bless .

I am so happy that i have another chapter in my life to close now i can open another I have nothing major to report about the surgery it went uneventful I have no pain a little discomfort other than that i am fine I weighed in @304 the day of surgery came out @ 309 i wont count the weight gain cuz its just fluids look out world i am here!!!!

it about to be on yes ill be the first on the 8th have to be @ the hospital by 6 am i am so happy i could burst started the liqid diet today and it was not bad well next time i write i will be on the other side God bless

damn............. i cant take this much longer i have been on this trying to get a surgery kick for two years the easiest part so far was getting all my test done now i am waiting to finish up nutrition first it was like i needed three visits now i need four months straight omfg after i complete this last one i have to go to a nutrion class and one more support group then get a date then pre-op then its on so much has changed for me since i started this journey i quit smoking wow that was hard then it was easy, then i quit my husband that was hard and very stressful so i started to smoke again smoked two packs gave it up again i had to, this man has stopped me from getting every thing that i have ever wanted in my life and by me smoking again because of his shit was another way he was going to keep me from getting what i wanted again and that is not whats up! soon this waiting part will be over i am so ready for the real me to be born until next time God bless
