Just back from my family doctor and he is agreeing to refer me to the surgeon who performs this procedure :)  So excited!!!

My Story


I have been overweight all my life and when I lost my bf at the age of 20 I slowly hit the obese mark.  I have tried numerous times to lose weight on my own and succeeded to lose 30-40lbs but I always put it back on.  I dont mind being overweight but I no longer want to be obese and unhealthy.  I also want to eventually have a baby and they say the chances of getting pregnant are greater once the surgery is complete and the weight comes off.  Soooo looking forward to a healthier life :)


Just came back from seeing my doctor and he is going to give me a referral :D  He is going to contact the surgeon that does the procedure in my province.  Fingers and toes crossed!!
