It's been a journey worth taking! The right time, the right surgeon, the right procedure. The perfect storm! I am really not a blogger as you can see, but I thought it was about time for an update. Thankfully, I have not had any complications what so ever. Only dumped maybe 3 times. I just had my 1 year post op visit. My doctor was so excited for me. My labs were perfect, "you've added 25 years to your life".
I know that I don't excercise like I am supposed to...bad patient.
I took a 14 days cruise 3 most after my surgery and lost 10lbs on the cruise. Next month, just past 1 year post op, I will be taking a 7 day cruise and my goal will be to lose 10 lbs again. This time I believe it will be a little harder to do. I definitely don't want to gain anything.
I am thankful to all my OH friends and supporters and hope all is going as well for you too.
I am also thankful to have a new love in my life. It is fun to sit and watch Big Medicine and find out how it is all done. We grew up together so he knew me when I was very shy....NOT ANYMORE! I had a quiet crush since elementary school. I believe things happen in our lives when they are supposed to and not before.  God is good!
