Ok, here is my story.
It will probably be long, cos I like to chat, lol.
I'm 51 yrs young although I often feel like I'm a hundred.
I'm 5' 1.5" or I was till recently, when my dr told me that I'm now 5' 1/2 " and I weight in at 360 lbs.
I was not happy, geeze, do I have to get smaller on height, why can't I do that in weight?
I'm married with with children, lol.
I was blessed with 3 beautiful loving children whom I adore and love dearly, even when there a pain in the butttttttt.
2 Boys and 1 girl.
Oldest boy is living in China (married a sugar mama) lol, second boy is in Ottawa doing well and daughter is living at home with mommy. (psssss, don't tell her I said mommy, u know teenagers), lol.
I've been large most of my life, actually, after my 1st born and onto my second did I really start putting on the pounds.
Geeze, now I have something to throw back at them when they decide to blame me for something, lol.
Never did drugs, or booze, or coffee, etc, etc (husband often asked if I wasn't confusing my religion, and thought I was Mormon, lol).
For the last several years, I have had a lot of irregular heart beats. I've has a lot of them, but all have been benign, thank God,
however, that being said, it is still scary when you have them.
About a year ago, my then almost new specialist doctor was doing the normal testing for me, the EKG holter monitors (you know the ones that have a small pouch and you carry it on your side and have to wear for approx 2 weeks so it can trace your heart so the doctor can see how it is behaving) I normally get those every few months due to all of the irregular beats.
The dr also wanted alot of test done to make sure thing was wrong, as I kept getting pain as well. So she sent me to for a Nuclear stress test. Low and behold a blockage was found.
Well you could have knocked me over with a feather and that is hard to do, at my size.
I was told that I needed to have an angiogram asap so they could could see how severe the problem was and then do what needed to be done to remove the plaque in my heart.
I didn't want to do the test. But I was told I could drop dead anytime. I wanted another test to make sure, but was coerced into doing the test straight away as things didn't look good.
I was terrified. I was told that to wait for another test would take to long and that I should have the angiogram now.
So I didn't listen to my instincts (Biiiiig Mistake, Huge mistake) and now I have heart trouble.
Even the day before and the day of the op, I didn't want to do it, but everyone kept telling me I needed to do it.
So off I went.
Well, to make a long story short ( to late right?) I now have a heart problem, thanks to the doctors, but prove it they say.
I now have Ventricular Tachycardia (which is pretty serious) and the irregular heart beats are now 10 fold. Not a day goes by
that I don't have them and not just a few, but dozens and dozens daily.
While in the operating room the doctor screwed up and now I have to pay for it. (if you know of a good vicious lawyer, please contact me asap).
So now I'm on heart pills & aspirin for the rest of my life.
A few months ago, I was diagnosed with Diabetes.
I have TIA (small strokes) and have been getting them for yrs, so my brain is deteriorating, just ask my family.
I often her my daughter say wait for it, ...............wait for it.........................
What she means by that, lol, is that sometimes, I will start talking, in mid sentence go completely blank not say a word, about 10 min later I will finish what I was saying and don't even notice that I stopped for awhile, lol.
It is kinda of funny at times, but other times it is very annoying, especially when someone say AND???????? then I have no idea what there talking about, lol.
I'm just grateful my youngest child (Katie ) is a wit and makes me laugh about it all.
When I get upset she makes me laugh at the whole situation. She is so good for me at times and at other times, I just want to smack her, lol.
Between her, our boys (who are constantly encouraging me) and my husband, they help me get through the hard times, but I tell you, husband can be a huge English (British) pain the the assssssssss.
Sometimes he gets impatient with me or frustrated with me, cos I forget what I'm saying then I get annoyed at him for not knowing what I was going to say, lol.
Oh, I have asthma and bronchitis, sleep aptnea, acid reflux and blood clots.
I'm allergic to anesthesia, most meds, latex, and Ventolin, lol.
Well that is about about it for now, so sorry, I talked your ear off.
Bet your sorry you read all this, lol.
