So, at 5 months out I went to my primary and had my yearly physical.  She was so pleased with my weight loss and my low blood pressure that she took me off all my medicine and within a week I put on 7lb's.  Yuck!  One of the medicines I was on was a water pill and I'm thinking that may have had something to do with it.  It's now a month later and I've just gotten off those 7 lb's, but I feel like I'm further back from my goal than I had hopped to be at this point.  Going for my 6 mo. check up soon with my surgeon and feel like he is going to be disappointed.  Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Doing pretty good!  Was pretty sore first few days, but I found myself sleeping in my favorate position this morning on my stomach.  Getting up and down isn't quite as painful as it was and everything is going well, but I wish I had some more variety of things to eat.  I feel like I'm not eating enough protein though. I'll figure it all out though. 

So it's friday my last day at work before surgery.  Everything is set except going in for prop blood and admission and too see my surgeon.  When I get home from work on friday there is a message on my answering machine from the hospital telling me I need to call them before coming in regarding something to do with my insurance.  Now I'm freaked out because I can't call until Monday morning and I'm supposed to be at the hospital at 9am.  What kind of problem can there be?  Should I be worried  I know my insurance pays 100% except for the hospital I have to pay $150 a day up to 5 days.  Could this be what they're calling about ?  Geez!!!!

Well came through 2nd endosopy with flying colors.  The ulcers are gone so now I'm just waiting to hear whe we can reschedule, but  it should be within the next few weeks for sure.
I'm feeling so happy right now.
