Dr. Davidson is an older man who is well respected as a doctor. He isn't a man of many words and wanted to know that I was positive with the choice I had made. He wanted me to be well prepared and sent me home with numerous handouts to read. He has an awesome staff-they are the best. They prepare you well and are very serious about your care. They make themselves available to you anytime. I was very pleased.

Tuesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. My sister had the sleeve 10/16 and has lost 160 pds. I am 10 years older. I dont mind needles, etc, I am an insulin dependent diabetic, my biggest fear is complications afterward. My sister literally had none and is doing great. I see the surgeon on 8/30 and trying to get add'l info. I am new to this sight as well, my sister suggested it as she was on this site way before her surgery. Any advice, comments, complications?
