First overall impression that I noticed was he had a very kind face. He seemed and projected concern and compassion. You can see all of that in his office staff as well. I have never felt so at ease in my life in a Dr's office. I have many appointments to go and I loved the way they work things here. It is not all rush, rush. It is easy going and you get a lot of knowledge on the surgery you are having. Follow up is stressed and I LOVED that. Overall I give him a 10. I have not had my surgery as of yet but I have NO doubt that the care I will recieve will be nothing but the best.

Just had my second fill.  I am 74 pounds down andfeeling fabulous.  I am shrinking! really! WOW!!!!

Almost three months out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am down 73 pounds as of today!

I feel amazing and just so free!

Well I am just past my one month mark and I am down 47 pounds.  I am in SHOCK!  I am doing really well and scare my self sometimes with what I like to eat.  I am loving my broccoli and applesauce mixed with brown mustard.  All together mashed.  It is the oddest thing.  Oh well, it works and is healthy!

I go for my first fill in a bout 2 weeks or less...I am stoked about that! I am loving the energy and the strength I have.  I love my life style and my confidence is returning.  I can honestly say i am proud of myself!!! SHAZAM!!!

Wow! I am doing so good, it is so weird not to get mad when something does not fit!  LMBO!  It is like man, but then I realize HOLY SHAZAM!!  THOSE are too BIG!! Yahoo!

I am in the purred food stage...well coming out of it.  I am doing lit bites...chewing like a dog on a bone.  I mean to tell you it is half disolved by the time I swallow, lol  

I am drinking really good and feel great.  As of May 8th I am down 36 pounds Eeeks.  Wow.  I have not weighed in yet...but I can tell it is going down down down!  


I think I am so empowered that I can finally have some control.  My band reminds me how I need to eat to live and not living for eating.  This is a hard road but one I chose and one I a,m not going to fail at.

I am officially a LOSER!!!  I had a good surgery...no problems.  I was let out of the hospital the next day.  The staff was amazing...took great care of me.  I am so blessed!  I am sipping and doing good! Will update later.  I am going to rest some.
