 i took everyones advice and i havent been on the scale since my 2 week check up and now im 4 weeks out so i figured i deserved to look real fast and i was so happy to see 9 more pounds gone forever :) 

pre pre op - lost 10
pre op liquid - lost 13
2 weeks post op - lost 8
4 weeks post op - lost 9 more 

 41 pounds total and i so happy about that  getting close to be out of 200's

 word of advice keep a stool softener in my everyday vitamins routine.. just spent 20 mins in the bathroom and that was the worse pain ever .. would rather have surgery again  glad its over

 feeling really great today .. go back to work tomorrow :( .. and then i go for my check up on wednesday. i kno ive lost 10 pounds since surgery which is awesome. oh and we got a new dog today .. a silver/blue pit bull and her name is nala ..LOVE her. she will definitely make me go on my walks lol .. not really to much to update on, but today my stomach is really starting itch other then that everything is healing. started my vitamins today .. still a lil hard to get liquid in but im working on it

  today i was putting lotion on and i realized i could feel my collar bone, cant really see it but i can really feel it now .. never been able to do that. i always wanted to be one of those people that you can see it in the picture( i think it makes you look skinny) and to kno that i can feel it, that means im getting one step closer

 OK .. so i felt i had the right to tell who i wanted to and who i didn't want to tell about the surgery .. but today my friend came over and was being the worlds biggest snoop and even went thru my purse and found my papers from the hospital ..so needless to say the whole town i live in will know the whole story before i even awake up tomorrow .. makes me so mad i wasn't ready to tell certain people and now i cant lie to them if they come up to me and ask .. ohhhhhh I'm so mad ..just when i thought everything was going great she had to show up
