Update-October 8th 2007 will be 7 months since surgery

October 8th 2007 will be 7 months since surgery. Feeling great , down 125 lbs. 2 lbs from goal of 199 lbs, although now thinking about changing that to 180. My weight in high school was 200 lbs. Off almost all medications. Diabetes still gone with no medications for several months now. Blood pressure and cholesterol well below normal range. Working out 4-5 days a week and down 16 sizes in pants and down to an XL shirt from 3X. Went through a lot to get here but glad I did!
