Today has been great- but for my water intake? I am having a tough time getting that down- more because I've been out to the park with the kids and just plain busy. I am now working on my first 4 cups and it's 2 p.m. :) I've got about 2 down so far. I'm also getting sick- I can feel a "throaty" thing coming on & my voice is getting funky- totally COLD symptoms- there's more to come I can tell :( I coughed a lot last night & just didn't sleep well.
Yesterday went well I think! I finished the day using 21 points of the 25 I was allowed! Drank most all of my water and I'm trying to get more vegies & fruit in me! I remembered to take a multivitamin! That's a start ;) Now if I could just remember the calcium and IRON my Dr. told me to take two years ago! (I'm trying Doc!)
I told my 2nd best friend yesterday that I joined WW and she was really bummed I didn't tell her so she could join with me. For some reason though, I had to do this on my own. I'm not sure why I told her, but I did. She said she'll see how well I do on it for the first month and maybe join at that time. She doesn't have NEARLY the weight to loose that I have.
I was very worried tonight as dh called & asked me to get some steak, corn on the cob and baking potato's for dinner tonight.... well, HE does not know I'm on WW. I don't WANT him to know until he notices a weight change. But I was really concerned until I looked it all up! I CAN DO IT :) :)
I have my meal ALL planned with the 13 points I have left for today... still haven't touched the extra 35 for the week either- just in case I run into that ONE tough time ;) Hopefully tonight won't be it but if it is... so be it.
Over all, I am feeling happy. I SWEAR that I FEEL thinner. Not THIN by any means- but less swollen. In my neck/face & fingers. Also my feet. It is absolutely AMAZING how great one feels when you stay on track! When you work at YOURSELF. You FEEL GOOD!
My only regret so far is that I wish I could just be ME in this. I wish I was NOT WORKING. I just feel like I'd like this time for ME- to work on ME, my house, my everything. It will get slower though as school starts next week and I'll be much more FREE :) And, next month I hope to take a week off to go to another town for a little mini-vacation. That will be my break & it will be fun :)
