Day 10...

I have done well!! I have stayed UNDER my 25 points BUT for day 8 when I had an actual HAMBURGER :)  But I went over into my extra weekly 35 points by 7.5 points. Which isn't bad I don't think? It is the first time I have used ANY of the extra 35. It was really tastey!

Day 9 (yesterday) I had halibut and some stove top stuffing... but was still under my 25 points... HOWEVER, I was REALLY TO full and will NOT do that again. I actually felt sick as I went to bed. My bad!

I finally told dh on Day 9.. his answer was: "Yeah, I've been watching you." Then he followed that up with: "I better be careful or I'm going to gain back the 14 I lost this summer"

Not one little iota of support or anything. Oh well, I'm not doing this for HIM anyway :)

My shirts are feeling looser. My pants are looser. I'm happy!

Day 7!!

A week ago today, I signed on to WW. I started the Flex plan a week ago tomorrow.... in only SIX DAYS I lost SIX POUNDS :)  I feel SO GOOD about this! I don;t plan to waver, and if I do- well, I 'll pick up and move on!

I was terribly sick yesterday- started around 1:00 a.m. My stomach hurt so bad I thought about going to the hospital. It subsided after a few hours but it really scared me.  I'm not sure what it was but I thought maybe food poisoning? I ate a little of a Chicken Wrap that my dd gave me?

At any rate- I'm better today! I will chart my weight with WW tomorrow :) DH still has no clue I am on WW ;)

Yesterday I used almost all 25 points! (24.5) But it sure did taste GOOD while it was happening!  I actually had enough points to have two pieces of pizza for supper- I only ate the toppings though, as the crust was quite thick. It was GOOD ;)

I  couldn't help myself and stepped on the scale this a.m. I have lost 4 pounds so far! Now I'll not weigh again until Monday morning. That is going to be my first ticker update :)  Right now I am 18 lbs. from my mini goal :)

Not sure why, but I got TERRIBLY sick last night- I'm blaming it on that pizza. It was HORRIBLE :(  The only time I have ever had stomach pain like that was when I got food poisoning from hot dogs years ago. I was crying it hurt so bad- it hurt to breath even. (I tolerate pain quite well)

Today is better- I am still having some cramping in my gut but it is *nothing* like the awful pain of last night.

One foot in front of the other- I am staying OP so that is GOOD :)

Day 4

Well, I did good today!  

I actually got out and WALKED... dragging six kids with me, but it sure got them ready for a good long NAP on our return ;)  It's a good thing I had the stroller I had something to hold me UP :)  LOL

I used 20.5 points today!    I'm being very careful and not touching my extra 35.

Today has been great- but for my water intake? I am having a tough time getting that down- more because I've been out  to the park with the kids and just plain busy. I am now working on my first 4 cups and it's 2 p.m. :)  I've got about 2 down so far.  I'm also getting sick- I can feel a "throaty" thing coming on & my voice is getting funky- totally COLD symptoms- there's more to come I can tell :(  I coughed a lot last night & just didn't sleep well.

Yesterday went well I think! I finished the day using 21 points of the 25 I was allowed! Drank most all of my water and I'm trying to get more vegies & fruit in me!  I remembered to take a multivitamin! That's a start ;)  Now if I could just remember the calcium and IRON my Dr. told me to take two years ago!  (I'm trying Doc!)


I told my 2nd best friend yesterday that I joined WW and she was really bummed I didn't tell her so she could join with me. For some reason though, I had to do this on my own. I'm not sure why I told her, but I did. She said she'll see how well I do on it for the first month and maybe join at that time.  She doesn't have NEARLY the weight to loose that I have.

I was very worried tonight as dh called & asked me to get some steak, corn on the cob and baking potato's for dinner tonight.... well, HE does not know I'm on WW. I don't WANT him to know until he notices a weight change.  But I was really concerned until I looked it all up! I CAN DO IT :) :)

I have my meal ALL planned with the 13 points I have left for today... still haven't touched the extra 35 for the week either- just in case I run into that ONE tough time ;)  Hopefully tonight won't be it but if it is... so be it.

Over all, I am feeling happy.  I SWEAR that I FEEL thinner. Not THIN by any means- but less swollen. In my neck/face & fingers. Also my feet. It is absolutely AMAZING how great one feels when you stay on track! When you work at YOURSELF. You FEEL GOOD!

My only regret so far is that I wish I could just be ME in this. I wish I was NOT WORKING. I just feel like I'd like this time for ME- to work on ME, my house, my everything. It will get slower though as school starts next week and I'll be much more FREE :)  And, next month I hope to take a week off to go to another town for a little mini-vacation. That will be my break & it will be fun :)
