Well it happened i throught i would never gain and i did i went in for my shot and wanted to weigh myslef and found out i gained 10 pounds and walked out crying i am gonna go back to the basics i work at marie callenders and was always picjing so that needs to stop i know my clothes have been alittle more snug but with the heat out here i throught i was just holding water well guess not .... I don't want to go back to what i was before and i need to wake up and smell the coffee........ thanks to all who listen
