Surgeon Testimonial

Ki Hyun Oh M.D.
My first impression of Dr. Oh came at the orientation. He was thorough in his explanations & the importance of following his instructions for the most success. He was also humorous, which was a surprise since I had heard otherwise. I feel very good about his surgical competence and really like the lifelong follow-up.

Thursday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench!

5 days and counting

It's really going to happen! I am being given a second chance at health and a longer life. I am not at all nervous about the surgery. I feel a great sense of peace about this entire process.

I only have two little snags ... one, a problem with a prescription the insurance wants to do a pre-authorization on (don't you just love the bureaucracy and red tape of insurance companies?) ...

and two, my little granddaughter is not born yet. I was hoping to spend some time helping my daughter with the three little ones after she gave birth before my surgery ... but the birth hasn't happened yet. And now I don't know how much time I'll have to help her. She also has a 2 year old and a 3 year old. What to do? Pray!
